In September, we covered the foundations of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: working from the inside out, the space between stimulus and response, and the balance between what you produce and what produces it.

This month we build on that foundation and take on the Private Victories — the habits that move us from dependence to genuine independence. We'll finish what we started with Habit 1 by looking at where your energy actually goes, and then go deep on the two habits that decide whether a leader is merely busy or genuinely effective: Begin with the End in Mind, and Put First Things First.
