In September, we laid the foundation of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. In October, we took on the Private Victories: the habits of proactivity, purpose, and priorities that make genuine independence possible.

This month we complete the series with the Public Victories, the habits that turn independence into interdependence. We'll start with the trust that sits underneath every working relationship, then go deep on the three habits that decide whether a leader works through people or merely around them: Think Win/Win, Seek First to Understand, and Synergize. We'll close with Sharpen the Saw, the habit that keeps all the others alive.
